PERAN GURU PAI DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN INTELLEGENCE QUOTIENT (IQ) DAN SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT (SQ)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Guru PAI dalam mengembangkan IQ dan SQ siswa di SDIT Al – ‘Arabi Cikarang Barat. Metode penelitian yaitu metode kualitatif murni bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dari meliputi sumber primer sekunder teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara secara terbuka 6 orang PAI. Teknik analisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles Huberman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa, sangat berpengaruh sehingga anak-anak bertahap mampu berubah menjadi lebih baik yang didasarkan sesuai syariat agama melaksanakan kewajibannya. Adapun faktor pendukund penghambat mempengaruh perkembangan terdiri Faktor Internal Eksternal itu sendiri.
